We try to make it as seamless as possible to cancel, pause, or update your Symphony Pro subscription if you need to.
Here are steps you can follow to update your subscription:
Click "Settings" in the navigation bar on desktop, or by clicking the bottom bar on mobile
Click the "Billing" section
Under Billing, you'll see two buttons: View Billing Settings and Downgrade Subscription. Click that to be redirected to our payment portal, or downgrade your subscription directly.
