How do I change my currency?

Symphony defaults to USD, but you can easily change your currency.

By default, our platform uses USD as the standard currency. However, you may prefer to use your local currency.

NOTE: For Facebook ad account's, your ad account's currency will be used for your campaigns, and cannot be changed unless you create another ad account. You can read more about changing the currency you use for campaigns here.

Change the currency used across Symphony

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Select your new currency.

Impact of changing your currency

  • Campaign Financials: All financial figures related to Instagram, Facebook, and other campaigns, will be updated to your chosen currency.

  • Playlisting Campaigns: The costs for playlisting campaigns, originally shown in USD, will be converted to your selected currency at the time of creating the campaign.

  • Symphony Subscription: The subscription price for Symphony will be adjusted from USD to your selected currency.

  • Ad Spend Limits: While the ad spend limits will remain the same as in USD, they will be converted to your chosen currency when creating a campaign.
