You’ll keep Symphony Growth until your next payment is due. After that, your account switches to the free tier.
We do not refund Symphony Growth subscriptions unless you inquire with our support team less than 48 hours after your card was charged.
If it has been longer than 48 hours, then we are unable to provide a refund. Your Symphony account will retain Growth status until the end of your billing cycle. At the end of your billing cycle, your account will switch to the free tier with no more attempts to charge your card.
