Creating an event site to promote tours and live events.

With Symphony’s Event Websites, artists, creators, and event promoters can build personalized sites to showcase tour dates, sell tickets, collect fan data, and optimize marketing efforts. This guide will walk you through each step to set up your event website.

Setup Your Event

Title Your Site

  • Navigate to the Setup tab.

  • Enter your event name in the Title field. (Optional: Add a secondary line if needed.)


Add Dates

  • Click Add a Date to input the details for each event.

  • You can also bulk upload event details using a CSV file by selecting Upload your file here. The system automatically recognizes CSV formats from any source, allowing easy bulk import of event data, eliminating the need for manual entry.

Add Event Details

  • In the Add an Event popup, input the date, ticket link, button text, and location details for your event.

Pre-sale Period Setup

  • Navigate to the Date Customization tab.

  • Toggle the Add Pre-sale Period option.

  • Choose to collect emails/phone numbers or redirect to a custom link.

  • Customize the pre-sale button text (max 10 characters).

Additional Options

  • Choose to hide past dates from your event page.

  • Optionally, toggle Show Symphony Logo and add your referral link for commission on sign-ups.

Customize the Design

Theme

  • Navigate to the Style tab.

  • Choose from four design themes: Basic, Simple, Full Image, and Full Video to match your aesthetic.

Dates Style

  • Select how you’d like to display your event dates, either as Boxes or a Stacked list.

Cover Artwork

  • Select the artwork to display on your event site (recommended size: 1000x1000).

Fonts and Colors

  • Choose the primary font from the options available.

  • Customize the page and button colors to match your brand.

Connect Marketing Analytics

Pixel Integration

  • Connect Facebook, TikTok, or Google Analytics pixels for tracking performance and conversions across platforms.

Monitor Performance

  • Access stats via your event websites Analytics to track visits clickthrough rates, and conversions.

Best Practices

  • Design Consistency: Use the theme and style options to create a consistent and branded website experience for your fans.

  • Pre-Sale Engagement: Set up pre-sale periods to collect fan data and gauge interest before ticket sales begin.

  • Analytics Monitoring: Regularly check your site’s analytics to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ticket sales.
