Sometimes when you try to connect your YouTube channel to Symphony it doesn't pop up. The reason for this has to do with the formatting of the link.

First go to your YouTube channel, then click the ">" symbol next to your channel details.

From here, you will see a "Share channel" button at the bottom of the pop up screen.

Click on "Copy channel ID", then paste that ID at the end of this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/(Channel ID)

Once you have the completed link with the Channel ID at the end, then you are good to paste that link into the Symphony Dashboard!
