How do I edit my campaigns?

Edit your budget, end date, and audience targeting easily on the campaign details page.

Once an Instagram ads campaign is live, you'll be able to edit the campaign settings. This works for Increase Music Streams, Link Clicks, and Boost Instagram Engagement Campaigns. Here are guides on how to edit your campaign's settings:

Edit Budget

To increase or decrease a campaign's budget:

  1. Click on "More" on the top right

  2. Click "Edit Budget"

  3. On the pop up screen, enter the new budget you want to use for the campaign

  4. Hit "Update campaign"

Your campaign will now be updated to use the new budget.

Edit End Date

To extend or shorten how long a campaign runs:

  1. Click on "More" on the top right

  2. Click "Edit End Date"

  3. On the pop up screen, enter the new end date you want to use for the campaign

  4. Hit "Update campaign"

Your campaign will now be updated to either be longer or shorter based on your new end date.

To edit the locations your campaign is running in:

How to Pause Locations

  1. Click on "Markets" in your campaign details

  2. Next to "Overall", click on one of your locations targeting buckets

  3. Scroll down to the table of countries, and click "Pause" next to any location you want to pause. If you want to pause targeting overall in the market, you can also click "Pause market".

  4. Hit "Update campaign"

How to Add Locations

  4. Hit "Update campaign"

Your campaign will now be updated to either be longer or shorter based on your new end date
